Our Big Lagoon State Park pass got us into the park. The restrooms were clean. The beach was nice and still natural. There are massive condos either side of the park Full review by plains16

This place is just a large beach area. There’s nothing else there. They have a parking area but if you keep going there’s some parking next to the road. That area has less people. Full review by TravelingBum52

A:
They are all good after a heavy surf or a passing storm on any of the beaches on Perdido Key.
Q:
Best place in Pensacola for seashells?
A:
I’d go early in the morning. When is more important than where. Look around puddles of water, near any beach. We found them in front of our condo, but also in the state park.

Hi, My house is just across the Perdido Key park. Besides you have beautiful white Sandy beaches and turquoise waters, yes you can snorkel or dive. Of course like any area of the gulf you have to be aware of jellyfish in the winter, but the area will notify by the flags on the beach if you see purple flags that means the possibility of those creatures. T h e sunset are amazing and if you like to fish, you can buy a one day fishing license and fish grouper, red fish, etc, with exception of snapper that they are not in season until April or May. Hope you come and enjoy the area, is a well kept secret and not as expensive or overpopulated like Destin or Panama City.
