In our case the river cruise was included with the entry ticket. To take the cruise line up at the turn style until there is a spot available then you take a 10-15 min boat ride in a loop. We were allowed to take as many loops as we wanted - we took two loops.
Is it possible to see zoo, do the river wonders and night safari in one day? How many hours each of them need?

It is possible, but you’ll have to be a bit quick about it. Night Safari is only in the night so you have the whole day for Singapore Zoo and River Wonders, but after going to 2 …
It is possible, but you’ll have to be a bit quick about it. Night Safari is only in the night so you have the whole day for Singapore Zoo and River Wonders, but after going to 2 large parks I don’t think you’ll be able to fully enjoy the night safari. I would recommend doing only Night Safari and one of the other 2 in one day.
