    1. Use 1 applicator full of vaginal cream at bedtime for 3 nights in a row1.
    2. If you have itching and irritation on the skin outside the vagina (vulva), apply the cream externally 2 times a day, up to a total of 7 days, as needed1.
    3. Pierce the seal on the tube and attach one of the disposable applicators to the tube. Squeeze the cream into the applicator until the plunger reaches the 'stop' mark. Insert the cream-filled end of the applicator into your vagina as high as it is comfortable for you2.
    4. Lie on your back with your knees bent. Slowly press the plunger of the applicator until it stops to place the cream into the vagina3.
    5. Remove the applicator from the vagina with the plunger still depressed3.
