Open the Play Store on your Android phone or tablet and tap the profile icon in the top-right corner. Select Manage Apps & Device > Update All or See Details > Update. An important part of making sure that your Android phone is running smoothly and securely is keeping apps and games updated.

The Google Play Store comes preloaded on most Android phones and is the easiest way to update your apps. Open the Google Play Store. In the upper-right corner, tap your profile photo, and then tap Manage apps & device. If updates are available, you'll see an Updates available message. You can update apps from this page by tapping Update all.

Manually updating your Android apps is done in the Google Play Store app. Open the app and tap on your profile icon in the top right. On your profile page, tap on Manage apps & device. We can see that there are a few apps that need updating. From here, we can tap on Update all and begin the process.
